			<description><![CDATA[If you have a Mac, check out Apple's $50 Motion 5 software. It's definitely not as powerful as Adobe After Effects, for example, it kind of sucks when you try and make lightsabers, BUT, it is an excellent way to make realistic smoke and muzzle flashes (I'm assuming your using stock footage). Check out the tutorials on the web, it's quite good software!]]></description>

Well, by industry standards, after effects ($999.99) is the cheapest thing you can get.
