Unfortunately I use a video camera to film and can't do that. Thanks anyways.

Try using the timer setting on your camera. And see if your camera can tether, so you won't have to touch the cam.]]></description>

I am at my wits end with my camera and how to stabllize it. I have tried a few things with no success so far.
My current project which is in post production I feel I have turned the corner on increasing my frame rate.
Though there will still be a few bumps here and there darn it.
