No, the RAW format you shoot in determines the maximum resolution your footage will be.  However, its always best to render in the highest resolution you can to prevent the loss of quality (particularly with YouTube).]]></description>

Yeah, Mpeg 4's usually pretty good, though it depends how good your editing software is.
