Seems to bright. The light wasn't as natural as before. Keep in mind I tried this very quickly. I will play around with it later when I have time.

Oh, yeah. I forgot about the paper thing.

To get rid of all your light flicker, get another lamp. Maybe even 2 more lamps.

I tried the black brick but that didn't help, although thanks for the suggestion. I took the paper off of my lamps and lowered the settings on the webcam and it made a huge difference! The light still changes on the darker parts of the back drop but it pretty much got rid of most of it. Thank you for all the suggestions.

Well, there's your problem. Not enough lighting means you have to raise your camera settings to make it brighter, which means light flicker.

When you have more lighting, you're able turn your settings down and it'll still be bright enough.

Or, tone down your light settings. Not only does that cause some slight light flicker, but it makes the light more reflect-sensitive.
The exposure settings you mean? If I do that the scene will be to dark.
All the light settings.

Let's see... I have the gain a little less than a quarter way, the exposure a little more than halfway, and the brightness between halfway and three-quarters way. I have no light flicker with those settings.

Those settings only work with a least 3 lamps.
Your problem could also be light reflecting off your rig. I would suggest using darker colored bricks that aren't very glossy. If you're up to it, I would also suggest using a little bit of sand paper on the bricks you use for your rigs to reduce light reflection off of the rig.

Turn off "rightlight", turn white balance to manual, and basically disable any automatic settings.
Thanks but I have already done that. I only really get light flicker when masking, normally I do not get flicker.
I had the same problem, I just added a black brick in the background and the light flicker stopped. It has something to do with dark colors for some reason.
Thanks. I will try that and see if it works.
