Lighting affects to frames. You have lower lighting than me. I have two desk lamps close to the set and I tried many many different ways, but I didn't never get fix it and I'm so tired and sad for that. And my story is that once I realized that I can buy new good camera (digital SLR) and I looked some animator like StanTheLegoMan, ZachMG and AnnoyingNoisesInc and I found super camera. Nikon D3100 that AnnoyingNoisesInc uses. And it's pretty cheap. 438 euros (in Finland) and yeah, that I will buy. Then I said goodbye for my LWP9000, but I still like its quality.

Anyway, I recommend Digital SLR. :) Bye your own, if you want to.

That's where your lighting comes into play. Make sure you've got the screen a fair distance away from the set, and lit separately if at all possible. That limits the amount of light you'll get spilling onto your figures. You should also keep in mind that sometimes green isn't the best color to chroma-key with; it's all dependent on the scene you're shooting. If you have heavy green elements (grass baseplates, for example), you'd be better off using a color of screen that isn't prominent in the shot.
