I Agree with ANP it needs some anticipation.
otherwise it isn't a bad flip but probably should have gone faster.
P.S. when would you use this. I would think masking a flip would look just as good in most scenario o_0]]></description>

Besides that, a little slow near the middle, and it needs some anticipation and feed back. He should move his body and arms back before the roll, and move them far forward at the end, then have him bring them back too the sides.
