This bundle is the best there is, man!

Though I would recommend you buying some books as a counterpart to the software. Those programs are just so powerful they only unleash their full potential if you know your way around them. I don't mean for every piece of software of the bundle, but one for e.g. After Effects or Premiere (or Photoshop! I'm working through one right now - great fun and you learn extremely fast) would be very useful.

For After Effects, "Creating Motion Graphics with AE" by Chris/Trish Meyer is an excellent one.

Cheers!
Thanks for the advice!
This all depends on what you think you'll be doing from now until you decide you want to buy a new program. That bundle is an incredible tool, but you'll have wasted a lot of money if you only want to edit sound, or just video, or just photos.

If you plan to use at least half of those programs, then this is the deal for you. If not, I suggest that you only buy what you need. Personally, for me, I'd only buy After Effects CS5 because it has the revolutionary new tool called rotoscoping.

Hoped that helped.
I am going to be using over half of them... and this bundle only costs $10 more than Adobe After Effects.
Mostly... I think it has to be a public school though Idk
 *breathes* No.

As long as your a student and go to school, you qualify as a student.
Also I have noticed they have included Audition instead of Sound Booth... Which one is better?
Audition is more powerful and it's geared more towards audio professionals, whereas Soundbooth is an entry-level program. In my limited use of these programs, they both seem pretty comparable for basic audio tasks. I've found that Premiere is far more useful for most audio editing, though, just because it's right there with the video.
