For better image quality, you want as bright and soft and equally distributed lighting as possible!

As others have already pretty much pointed out all of the flaws in the 'foreplay', I'm just going to say that the aging effect was great. Nice job and welcome to Bricks In Motion.
Just out of interest, what camera are you using? Because if you're using a webcam a lot of people make lego structures to hold them still. Perhaps try that. ;)
I'm using a Logitech HD Quickcam Pro. And I think it's just a matter of getting some stronger tape, but I'll experiment a bit and see what works.

what the heck his legs did not move and the camera was being moved

but the rest was fine
The main part of the test was the rapid ageing and 15fps, not the walking (although I would recommend watching this and investing in a sturdy tripod).

I, myself, really liked the rapid ageing. It looked pretty good at 15fps. I liked how you made his skin come off, that was pretty cool. Perhaps you could use the same technique to make his cloths come off with plasticene, then he could turn into a skeleton. ;)

And welcome to BiM!
I wasn't using a tripod, (I just taped my webcam to the baseboard) my regular tripod doesn't really work with my webcam. And I was just making the test for fun, so I wasn't concerned with leg movement.
