			<description><![CDATA[Anything is possible with LEGO.

It looks like you want to incase it in a tall shaft of bricks up until the screen. Then cut it short and let the screen stick out. Part of it will then continue up to the top of the camera. Cap it with a plate. You also may need to use plates to get it snug at its correct height.]]></description>
