If you want to slow down the movie to "slowmotion" you have to:
Etc: you want to speed down 2x. You should dublicate the frame rate. Etc: 15-30.
Then its just to slow down.
But why must I dublicate the frame rate? Well I asked so nicley soo.....ok I´ll tell Y.
It gets shoppy when you have the same frame rate Etc: 15 will be 7,5 if you don´t dublicate. :)
But as Hazzat wrote. make larger movements.
You don´t have to do this becouse im a beginer. ;)

Fib, its not a good Idea to speed up/slow down your animation digital per software.
Just like Hazzat said, that what you told IS ALTERING.
For the best result one have to animate slow-motion with more movement/pictures for a step.

If you altering the video in premiere to 50% speed, premiere (as example) showss now the same clip, but it shows every frame 2 times. And after that (rendering) the quality is not the best.
So, if you normaly animate a walk-cykle with 8 frames, you know have to do it (for slow-mo) with more (12-16) steps/pictures/freames. So you have to minimize the movement between the steps.
And thats the best result!

To speed-up via premiere is an other thing. You will loose frames by doing it. premiere will show now every 2nd frame: frame 1, 3, 5, 7, 9...
It delets frame 2, 4, 6, 8...
So all your work for these frames is for nothing. Better animate it with 3-6 frames/steps in a walkcycle...

@Smeagol.
Thanks a lot, I know this Site, I learnd much with them.
I know that you have graphical knowledge, so I will be glad if YOU could manage one of those mouthshape-set.

Actually, Mario, Its not very good to make Slo-mo or Fast-mo by altering the Framerate or frame count. I tryed to do a Fast-mo by shooting a regular scene (I use 15 FPS) at 30 FPS. Its better to speed it up in post production.

The best way to make "slow motion" is to make in "real". Means, you have to animate it with more pictures. If your walk-cycle is normal 6 or 8 frames, you have now to use 12 or 16 frames for this cycle.

Actually there is a face-animation-tool in progress, I think it will be released in one or two weeks.
It will help you to animate a mouth in a verry easy way.
But may be you can help me too:
I need for this tool/softwaer some mouthsapes/phonemes. Just create some shapes like:
AI, O, E, U, L, WQ, MBP, FV" and "etc", save them as PNG with trancparent background and send them via mail to me.
