You need a zip-software like winzip, winrar, 7zip or somethting like these ones.
And you need the adobe-flashplayer, which is normaly included in every new browser

Than unzip the zipfiles into a folder like you want.
in that folder now you will find a html-file.
open it, and you should see the tutorial.

The FX in WAX are not the best. You need to use explosions from detonationfilms.com:
http://www.detonationfilms.com/free_stuff.htm
http://www.detonationfilms.com/free_stuff_page_2.htm
http://www.detonationfilms.com/free_stuff_page_3.htm
These clips you have to compose via WAX in your video. Use the green/bluescreen-tool. You can also use a masking-tool for explosions "behind" things like cars, tables, doors, windows.

Water-Effects you can make with the programm rsteenoven wrote above. Here you will find a tutorial:
http://bricktrick.de/index-wasser.php
To get fire-reflections on the water, you have to render your video with the Fire/Explosions, AFTER that you can load it into Squirlz. Later you can use a mask in Wax again to make it more "trancparent", so it more looks like an reflection on oil or water...

Hope could help you

Hi Guys.

I need to make a fire, explosion and fireball effect for a brick film where the deep fat fryer shoots out a huge fireball that burns down the restraunt. But how do I do it on Wax 2.0?

I also need to make a puddle of oil that one of the chefs spilled on the floor but I don't know how to do it on ...
Well, I don't know how to spell the name but I think it is squiltle water reflections or something.

Thanks for all help!
