			<description><![CDATA[If each frame lasts 0.07 seconds, that's close to 14 fps.
Finding the frame-rate by knowing the length of each frame is pretty simple. Just divide 1 second by the image length- so in this case, you would do 1sec/0.07sec=14fps.
If you have a frame-rate and want to know how long each image should last, divide 1 second by the framerate (1sec/14fps=0.07sec).]]></description>
