The reason that they don't let you get CC Spotlight is because you are using the free trial.  CC Spotlight and all the other third-party presets are only available if you buy the full version of the program.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[There should be an updater inside of After Effects its self.
Once you find that, downloading the presets that you don't have should be easy.
If you can't download it, there are other ways of creating that effect.
In fact, I might post an article on that topic in the resources.]]></content>
