			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I think that's an awfully narrow focus, one that's unlikely to involve many users. Once you've gotten the help you want, this thread will have served its purpose.

[url]Detonationfilms.com[/url] has some free stock footage (including explosions) that you can download and composite into your scenes using Premiere. It's easier, and will likely look better, than manually painting one.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[You can't actually make an explosion in Premiere, but you could make one frame by frame in Photoshop using the airbrush and various shades of yellow, orange and red. Like I said, experiment!]]></content>
