A: I've been getting this one more than any other recently, I think. I use Adobe After Effects to create the digital face/mouth movements. The process is rather complicated to describe unless you've used After Effects, but to put it simply I make a solid layer with a mask the shape of the mouth, and then keyframe it at different points to create the movement.
