			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Thanks for the help guys. I made a short test to try filming with anti-flicker. There were still some little light flickers here and there so I did what VN said and put it in VirtualDub with the plugin. Is there a tutorial or something on how to use it? Because I'm sort of stumped.

If you still are unable to prevent this problem, you can easily remove them with VirtualDub + Temporal Smoother or if it leaves some side effects, use this [url=http://compression.ru/video/deflicker/index_en.html]plugin[/url].]]></content>

Whoops typo there. Fixed. 
Anyway, I did wear dark clothes at the time, but I'm not sure about moving totally out of the way of the shot. I'll do that next time. :)

All of my camera settings were off or on manual (I use the QC9000). Does anyone here know how to prevent this? I'll post a screen of my settings soon to show you.]]></content>
