I am trying to recreate a bug in the Helium Frog software, can anyone help.

If you take a look at the following youtube tutorial, This guy seems to have a bug where the slider bars are displaced in the button box. Can anyone recreate this error and tell me what system or graphic card it occurs on? It seems to be a pixel scaling error between the graphic and slider box. I have never seen this on any system I have tested the software on.

Thanks

Error is seen best at about 1 min 32 seconds into video.
