I really hate to be a downer on all of this, but isn't this about the 5th or 6th podcast series that's been going on around now? It really seems like making a podcast just because everyone else is makes you look a bit like a copycat. There shouldn't really be a need for all these podcasts. Sure, one or two is really cool, but getting tons of them started just turns it into an overdone fad. Sorry for being blunt, but that's the way I see it.
Is there anything wrong with having a lot of podcasts? Not only does it give you a good choice, but when you're animating a podcast is the perfect thing to listen to. You're not consigned to staring at a screen (like if you're watching a video) and you're not boppin' along to your favourite beats. You're listening to people talk, which should be subtle enough not to distract you from your work, but should still be interesting, especially as it's about something you're interested in.
Yeah, I agree with that, podcasts can be a nice break from videos and such. However, if there's too many of them it becomes slightly redundant, seeing as you only need one or maybe two podcasts to keep you occupied when you listen to them. I'm not saying podcasts are a bad idea at all, but there seems to be quite a few of them. It's pretty hard to know what one to listen to if you want the best deal though, 'cause that would involve you listening to a ton of stuff. But just making it clear, I'm not trying to slam any podcasts, in fact I somewhat enjoy them. I'm just nitpicking over relatively pointless stuff. :)

I didn't actually watch the film; I listened to the podcast while I was doing masking and editing. I understand that you want people to watch the film during the podcast, but not everyone does. I actually found it confusing at times, because you didn't mention which scene you were on. I think that adding the audio from the film in the background is definitely a good idea. :)
i think you should watch the film. mainly because audio isn't usually the main focus in the film.
I mean I have watched the film before, but I'm not necessarily going to watch it again just becasue of the podcast.

Actually you should be complaining at the official BiM Podcast since that started after this one. And btw Interviews with Brickfilmers is not a podcast.
