I searched it in Google but I changed the background and I painted a blue sky.
If you like it here you're my edited image.

Beware of honesty. If you don't want constructive criticism, don't read this.
Why so many keyframes on the helicopter's motion? Three keyframes with bezier motion interpolation would have done the trick just fine (unless you were going for the bouncier look?).

The rotors needed to be a lot faster and motion-blurred. And you needed to adjust the scale of the helicopter during the shot... because the perspective wasn't directly side-on, the lack of a scale change makes it look like the helicopter is flying sideways as well as forward. To make the motion look straight forward, the helicopter needs to be smaller when it's "further away."

The greenscreening looked awkward in places--there was all sorts of flicker on the left side of the foreground shot. I realize that wasn't the main focus of this test, though, so that's just a nit-pick.

The perspective, lighting, and focus of the background/foreground clips didn't match. Both the foreground and background clips were in focus (the background should have been blurred). The viewing angle of the background was much lower than that of the foreground.
It wasn't bad, especially considering the limited tools you've got to work with, but there's room for improvement.

This is another test I made with Final Cut Express. It also includes how I did it. :)
