I didn't find that because I wasn't really looking for it, I was thinking more how to make a rain overlay (or whatever its called) work 'cos I already have splashes (made from clingfilm) but it looks useful.]]></content>

Some of the "light flicker" is lightning (there were two inteded strikes), but the rest is Adobe Premier.]]></content>
