Those aren't exactly budget computers you know. ;) 

I agree with Jargon on this one. Building your own computer is much cheaper and sometimes you even end up with a more powerful machine. But $200 still isn't going to be enough to build a decent computer. You're going to need to cough up at least $400 or maybe even $500 to build something capable of editing and rendering.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[As Jargon said, buying parts from say [url=www.newegg.com]Newegg[/url] or [url=ncix.com]NCIX[/url] are good places to get parts.
Look into a good graphics card and a good Ghz rate. 1.6 is okay but I use it and After Effects runs a bit sluggish so does dragon and a few others. Look at say a 2.2 Ghz or so.
AMD processors ftw.

There isn't a good, high-graphics computer for less than $400.
You might want to look into an entertainment laptop, but desktop computers are cheaper.]]></content>
