			<content type="html"><![CDATA[This video wasn't going to be a "serious" entry into the contest, I just thought of this idea when I saw the challenge, so I decided to try to do it. I haven't animated in the past 5 months, and I wanted to get back into it again.

This was an idea for the freerunning competition on the Animation Challenge thread. I don't think I will submit this, since the backflip looks pretty bad. The one thing that I was happy with was that there was barely any light flicker. I have had lots of problems with light flicker, especially when masking, so I am glad it turned out better this time.]]></content>
