			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Well, to up the export quality go to "Final Cut Express" "Easy Setup" then choose the quality your camera uses, most likely "format:HD" and somethingx720 or somethingx1080.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[So i use Final Cut Express for all my videos and latley i got the Pansonic HDCSD60 an AVCHD camera that produces great quality.
Im looking for the export settings that give me the most vibrant colors and bestquality with no lag.
When i export it as a .mov file with H.264 some of the quality and colors are lost.
