			<content type="html"><![CDATA[As everyone else said, the tests are too fast. I would first, like you said, perfect 15FPS, then perhaps move up to 20FPS. I use that now, and it's good practice before you move up to 24.]]></content>

This time I took the footage from Sequence 2 and 3 and rerendered it in 15fps- look at the difference. This animation is smoother than I've ever done before. I'll try 24fps a couple more times, but if they're still bad, I'll use 15fps for "Le Mime."]]></content>

This time I only animated the leg movement. I also included a lot more footage. I KNOW there are some light flicker.
It's still a bit too fast, so next time I'll double the frames for one step.
