If you're willing to take the huge amounts of time my suggestion will take, yes, you should use black and white. I think you should mask out the person who's moving in color, but everything else is in black and white. So the thing(s) that are moving are in color, but everything else that is frozen is black and white.

However, if you don't want to take that much time, just make it plain black and white.]]></content>
