Right, okay. Try as hard as possible to stay in the same spot every time you take a picture. For example move the figure, sit down, take the picture, repeat. Try to keep consistent, and then obviously try not to bump the lamps. Then if you still have light flicker, make sure that your gain and exposure settings are on manual, you don't have to adjust them, but I just know that with monkey jam, when they are on manual the light flicker reduces IMMENSELY. So, see if there is something like that in FramebyFrame, do it. Finally, if all else fails, do you have some sort of digital color corrector? Sorry for the long comment, but I know light flicker bugs me, and probably you too, it still happens thought, but those are just some tips. Oh yeah, what version of Vegas?
I do pretty much all of those things already, but thanks anyway. Greatly appreciated.

And I use "Vegas Movie Studio 9" apparently.

I put the frames through FrameByFrame (the Mac equivalent of MonkeyJam) and then edit clips together in Serif MoviePlus X3. I do have Vegas, but don't use it much.

I'm trying to sort out some light flicker in my studio at the moment, and I was hoping you guys could tell me just how noticeable it is. Hopefully, I'll have it sorted out in time to do some proper filming this month - it's already put Space Ninjas on hold for a few weeks...
