Maybe you could be little more specific.

What I do is that I add always a little second of plain black to the end of the video.

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Pretty cool but I didn't like the sudden end. Some titles would be good like in my videos.
Light flicker is a problem too and it's too fast. How many FPS you use?
Did you use WMM for editing this?

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Not really. The motion was a bit choppy too, I would move the rig to certain increments using a ruler. And fix that light flicker. :)]]></content>
