			<content type="html"><![CDATA[What about a flat cutout on white card etc. You could draw on the tartan and pipe detail. Just face it flat on to the camera.

I remember in the UK there was a "Paddington Bear" animation series.Produced by Michael Bond for FilmFair in 1975. The set was drawn and it made the puppets really stand out.

Here is a still I found on google. The pigeons in this one would also move a little. It also combined 2D characters which would be frame animated.

Here is my attempt at bagpipes, no glue used, just normal Lego bits. But it is a bit too big. I'd go with the Boyle brothers approach and use Fimo modeling clay

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[In order to get that to stay longer than a couple seconds (of animating time) with out them moving around would be to *shudders* glue them in... and I don't think the washable glue would work well enough for something that small. You might try modeling glue or something.]]></content>
