			<content type="html"><![CDATA[The Quick Cam 9000 can go up to a resolution of 1600x1200 pixels, which is enough for 720p HD (though the 1600x1200 resolution itself is higher, of course). For lights you will simply need a couple of versatile desk lamps (preferably at least 3).]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[well all you really need different is an HD camera.... a don't think they sell HD lamps :) 
I don't own one but i believe the Quick Cam 9000 supports HD. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.]]></content>
