			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I would suggest not turning on the anti light flicker. This is likely to just introduce some flicker where you should have no external flicker to deal with.

When I used a camcorder, it took me a long time to get good results. One of the things that needed to be turned off was the vibration resistance mode. Great for cleaning up a hand held shot, but murder on stop motion animation. 

Get everything into manual!!!!!
