The Minoru 3D webcam is not realy made for brickfilming. The cam don´t support the macro-capture. (The lenses are to much away from each other)
But, if you have BIG Sets (!!!!!), more than 50 cm away from the cam you can give a try.

Sorry for double-posting, there is a way to create brickfilms in anaglyphs 3d with a non-freeware called
cam3d
50 Dollars for asoftware which takes pictures of TWO webcams.
So you need the software and TWO webcams:

or
http://www.somerset3d.co.uk/wam.htm

The programs are easy to use.
But with Photoshop/Gimp you have better controll on the colour-channels

But you can´t create 3D out of ONE picture. You need always TWO pictures!!!!!!!!!
So forget to think about convert ONE pic into 3D

If you think about to create anaglyph brickfilms - forget it. It don´t realy works.
I tested it some time before, and the result was not the best.
The next bad thing is, that if you take the red/green glas, the colours are not the best.
Not like in Avatar, not like like you would like to get.

But for some little fun, just for stills to show its perfect.

Here are some samples I made with Photoshop:
