If you want something you can take photos with in the real world as well, you'll have to spend a lot more. Look [url=http://www.stopmotionpro.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=271&Itemid=9]here[/url] and [url=http://www.stopmotionpro.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=272&Itemid=9]here[/url] to see the cameras that work with SMP - I'm guessing they'll also work with Helium Frog and other animation programs but I'm not sure.]]></content>

...I have already researched the amazing logitech quickcam but I want something more portable ..

still any suggestions..

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I am looking to buy a digital camera for stop-motions (maybe the Nikon Coolpix L20) but first I really don't know what digital (not webcam) Camera would be best for the money I have.

PS, I have made stop-motions with my dad's horrible low quality webcam:(  and I really would love to get a digital camera for stop-motions.:D 

By the way is the Nikon CoolPix L20 any good I have heard its crap but then I've heard it's beast? :/
