iStopMotion (Frame Capture and Animating) (Cost $50 at the least, but there is a free trial)
iMovie '09 (Editing)
Audacity (Sound Editing)

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[i use mac and i suggest framebyframe for a first free program, it isnt great nit hen ur ready use istopmotion, a 50$ stop-motion program for macs, it is very good (i use it currently)... also use i movie OR final cut express 4. It is easy to use but cost alot so for now use imove...]]></content>
