			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I use 2 Flourescent lamps and 1 little lamp with like 5 LEDs in it, i think the more lights you have the easier it is to get the lighting you want for your scene.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I Just use 2 lamps. They are just like $40 dollar lamps with incandescent bulbs. My videos don't have good lighting though because I need a new camera. The one I use picks up evrything too easily and the quality is very low :(]]></content>
