Did you named it "AVI"? Because GlueFace don´t set the suffix "AVI" to the files.

Did you also tryed VirtualDub?

And neither is GlueFace, so I'm sorry lucasm, but his editing software has nothing to do with it.

Make sure to set the fps in it correctly to match what your film will be.  When you create a video file leave the video compressor as none.  Glueface doesn't take compressed video.]]></content>
