Take aluminum foil and wrinkle it up, then unwrinkle. Then shine an orange flashlight on the foil so the reflection hits the set. and move the foil around a bit while animating.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I made a set with a fireplace once that had the fireplace open at the back. I filled the gap with trans-orange fire pieces.

This would let me shine the lamp through the back. Moving it a tiny bit between frames would make it flicker.
