The masking was okay, but the colored outline around the figures when they rose (a chroma keying problem I believe) was really distracting. Also, the lighting was not so good (lots of light flickers), but the animation was otherwise fairly okay, though I would recommend trying to keep the camera in focus more often, and maybe eventually get a higher-quality camera.
Im saving up for a QCP9K the lighting yes is bad but unfortunately on my S****Y lifecam I cant adjust the settings. Only one of the flying tests was done with chroma key. I agree the line on the outisde of the minifigures is distracting I hate using chroma key
We understand. We had a lot of camera troubles too before we purchased a better quality quickcam. Keep trying, and eventually you can iron-out all these problems.

I was saying, that you chosed the right amount of pictures in one second, You just need to lern some basic-animation.
Like:
How fast will the arm go, if it goes up quickly, Sowly.
How do I keep the same studline, without shifting.
How do I make a decent Walk-cicle, but the one you made, was fine enough. ;)

When they're walking, You need to keep him in the same Stud-line, And when the arms are moving; Do the animation a little faster. ;)
You could also use the ''Ease in, Ease out'' Effect.. (Fancypants from these forums made a Great tutorial.)
You should maybe set up some lamps, Make some Background and Secure the set, so it won't bump.
