			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Keep in mind that depending on your computer, the video might just appear choppy because you're trying to play a massive uncompressed file. If you keep having trouble with Anasazi then maybe you should try a different frame capture program.]]></content>

Go to Options>Capture options> Video format and set it to the highest settings.

You can also go to Options>Capture options>Compression and set to a higher compression.]]></content>
