Ok, so lets try this:
Import your AVI into VirtualDub. Choose your Framerate and choose also "no compression".
Save it as "test.avi and use this one in Glueface.

Oh, you avi-size should not be higher than 1024x768

If this works the error is (mostly) that the avi ha audio inside. Try to deaktivate the audio-layers in premiere AFTER you try the first solution with VirtualDub.

Best wishes,
Mario

thank you mario for getting back to me, i thought that maybe it was that i used WMM for my test, i then used premier pro for my second attempt and made sure it was uncompressed, but alas a fail!!!, although im not the best at following instructions, was the avi not meant to have audio? as i put the audio and video together before i put it (avi with sound)into glueface as i thought the instructions advised, also i just tried putting an uncompressed avi with no sound into glueface and it still never showed up

i appreciate any help you can give
:)

Mostly its because one use compressed AVI or AVI with audio.
Both are not compatible with Glueface

Also there is a bug with avis made in SonyVegas.
Its seems that SonyVegas´ AVI-clips are not straight. Its use a codec, even if one choose "uncompressed".

So please try to re-coding your AVI with SUPER or an similar software to an uncompressed AVI.

Best wishes,
Mario
