I use StopMotion Pro + QC9000, and i it gives me good quality.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[The anti flicker should be turned off. It does not help.

Also wear a black shirt while animating because it absorbs light not reflect it. Make sure you don't have the viewing/capture thing on. The viewing needs to be on the animating software. Turn the auto white balance thing off too.]]></content>
