Well, the Filament may be cracked, but not completely broken. This happened to me before. The light bulb may have just overheated, causing the filament to crack. The light may still seem fine to you, but, I found out it does flicker each time it goes around the filament. But, thats at the speed of light, so we cant see it. Try exchanging your light bulbs. ;)

Now I switched them to 40w and voala, no light flicker!
Make sure that other things can change the light, just look at FLIPaBRIK's list. :P

yes i have experienced the house appliance makes your lights flicker problem (i think i stated that the last time you had flickers filmyguy)
i dont know what to tell you... just go through the checklist one more time:

-dark clothes
-paper diffusers
-no natural light
-camera settings
-no light on behind your back
-no overhead light other than the lamps
-computer screen away from set
- black ski mask?!
-nothing between your lights and set that will be moving
-the right set up of lights
-more than one lamp
-no hallucinations
-the most likely cause is that you have a party going on in your room. if that is the case (which i am 99% sure it is) turn off the strobe light!!

i dunno filmyguy :|

Are you sure its the lights? Try seeing if a flashlight causes flickers.

Halogen lights are less flickery than incandescent lights, maybe try one of those. But if its the power usage in your home, maybe try a battery powered light, but instead of a battery, you can get a regulated power supply and connect the wires to the batter terminals. Those maintain a constant voltage even with minor fluctuations in your home.
