My start menu/task bar is not working.

This morning I open my laptop, and try to run Firefox. I go to the start menu and when I hover over, it shows the Loading cursor. When I minimized the Task Manager it won't show up.

So I restart and it was working fine.

But now when I hover it, it shows the up/down arrow for changing the window size. I can't click anything. I have to use Task Manager to switch, and it looks like the BiM button is always being pushed (but is that necessarily a bad thing? :P )

Pressing the WinKey does nothing.
