			<content type="html"><![CDATA[what are you trying to get the file on?  If your just going to upload it to youtube, i would suggest exporting it as an uncompressed .avi
also so free stuff out there, like Real Media's RealProducer 11, that works pretty well.]]></content>

I've made a new film. I captured it in Monkey Jam and added sound effects in WMM. Except, when I publish it in WMM I lose color, picture quality.
Is there any way I can compress my film in WMM without losing quality?
I skinned for cash so I can't buy a compressing software.
