			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Encoding settings?]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Hello, been an on and off brickfilmer for the past couple of years. 

Anyways, as I'm not really versed in codec's and different compression settings, I was just hoping for some infomation on what is the best encoding setting to use.

I use a Quick cam 9000 and monkey jam to capture the images.

On monkey jam, I export the avi files then import them to Premiere Pro for edit.

From there, I've edited and pieced the movie together, now I'm just having a very hard time to find the right setting to encode the movie.

Any help would be great.]]></content>
