			<content type="html"><![CDATA[hello i'm wondering will my computer be able to run adobe premiere elements; it is 2ghz but on the website it says  3GHz processor required for HDV or Blu-ray; dual-core processor required for AVCHD does this mean my videos cant be HD or can i use smeagols tutorial to get it HD please help :D
