			<content type="html"><![CDATA[The Canon HV-30 Is a good HD camcorder. But if your budget's only a couple hundred dollars, get a Panasonic PV-GS83. It serves as a webcam too, so if you want to video chat with someone, you can do it with your video camera. That's the main thing that made me decide to buy it.]]></content>
