Interesting idea Lechnology, That could work. I feel like I would just have to do a 45 min brickfilm rather than a single story broken into episodic parts. I'm no good at writing little snipits of story with no resolution.

I might try and tackle a longer version. I also plan to switch from just arm motion to actual mouth animation as well. once I get back situated in school and have the time to figure it all out. I think that mouth movement would break up the dialog a bit because its something more to watch.

thanks for the comments!

Goliathan-- I tried my best to equalize the volume, I screwed up though, premiere lets you "set all peaks to equalize" or "set max peaks to equalize". where it gets louder it did the set all peaks. I also had a lot of trouble getting music volumes correct as the preview and the compiled video file has different volumes. I think this was 14 or 15 tracks which also lead to my almost pulling out of hair.

I am glad you enjoyed it. I am really working on my character development. I think the next story will involve a look into Martin's past and why he's so cold.

thanks!

Thanks CheeseyBricks!

I am currently working on continuing the story and turning it into a mini series. I agree with the dialog heavy, I figured since I've been out of animation for like a year, I'm rusty, and I've got a new setup that I'd never used for animation, it was better to have a well written story than beautiful animation. I've been consistantly told through my script writing and copy writing classes that without a story its nothing.

thanks for the review!
in the future look for more "Time Chasers"!

This deserves more than 3 reviews.

I liked it, though I felt it was rather dialougue heavy at times, and occasionally began to lose interest. It had a strong story, and there was some good scriptting and voice acting, though some of the dialougue could have been cut shorter. The animation was mostly good, and I enjoyed the film overall.

3.5/5, I'd say

Sorry about the premiere, trust me, I'm not happy with Vimeo and I guess it doesn't like XVID...
