I don't really like that walk cycle; it's cheating to do it that way, and it doesn't look good, because you get the mini-figure jerking forward. What I do is I have the mini-figure at neutral the first frame, lean over a little bit, then lean over a little bit more, than stand it upright between the studs he's coming from and going to by having him on top of them, then I have him on the studs he's ending on, leaned back a little bit, then lean him a little more forward, but still leaning back, then have him at neutral. I also make sure that his arms are moving like they would on a normal mini-figure, so it gives more of an illusion that he's walking. You can see it in action in Title is Irrelevant, and I'll see if I can get a picture tutorial up later.

Ok, couldn't find the tutorial itself, but here's what I gather from the clip-
Items Needed (Ignore the colors, I just couldn't find many quality pictures):
One 2x1x1 slope piece.
Two 1x1 bricks (Or a pair of small legs).
One 1x1 brick modified with headlight.
One Hinge brick (with the addition of a top not included in the picture.

After that it's fairly straight forward. Start with the pair of legs [take a photo]. Next, place the 1x1 brick on one side of the leg slot, and on the other side place the 1x1 brick modified with headlight so that the recessed stud (the one on the side of the brick) is attached to the body, and the bottom of the brick faces forward [take another photo]. Now remove the 1x1 modified with headlight and place the 2x1x1 slope piece in it's place so the slope is in front of the figure [take photo]. Now move the figure forward a stud, and on the side with the 1x1 normal brick, replace the brick with your slope piece so the slope is behind the figure. The side which previously had the slope now will have a 1x1 normal brick in it's place [take a photo]. Finally, use the short legs or the 2 1x1 bricks side by side to finish the step [take photo]. Repeat with the other side.
The hinge piece is used for waist movement when standing still.
I believe that's how it's done; if anyone finds an error I have made, please correct me.

He posted it on Brickfilms. He seems to look at new releases here anyway.

Side note: I watched this on YouTube and the first time it played the whole thing. Subsequent times cut the entire ending. How can I fix this?
