EDIT: Scratch what I said before pertaining to Aled's FPS Calc, I just tried it on another PC and it works fine. Although I still don't quite see the necessity of downloading something you already have on your computer.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Eh, upon closer inspection of Aled's calculator I would say use the windows calculator before you use it; as far as I can see Aled's doesn't accept decimals. Without decimals you would have to make wild generalizations (relative to the fast pace of dialog, where in one second you could have gone through 2 or more words). Your best bet is to get as close to the exact length what you want to measure (if it's 2.43 seconds, use 2.43), multiply it by your framerate (2.43*15=36.45), and round down or up a frame (one 15th of a second is much less substantial than 1 whole). If it doesn't do decimals, steer clear.]]></content>

Brenden, WavTRACKER is a free program which allows you to import an audio clip, select a portion, and based on the frame-rate it will tell you how long that section of the clip is. It's useful for doing dialog.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[You can time your animations on paper with simple math (A movement takes 3 seconds, you film at 15fps, 3x15= 45 seconds to make that movement), but this requires a bit of organization so you don't forget what you are timing. For speed and convenience I find WavTRACKER most helpful.]]></content>
