Or can I go straight into what you've said? I will look up on it as I am not 100% certain on the subject.

Sincerely,

Oh, well from a layer it's easy to track. Track the original footage, then apply the track to a null and parent the layer to the null. If you do not fully understand, there are many tutorials on YouTube for this.
As for points, try a bright colour on brown. Maybe add some small sticky tak dots for dull colours? I'm not too sure.

LMD, your right bud, it is a layer.

I simply masked out where I wanted to make the glow effect that was applied.

From here should I just add a tracker and go from there?

Also inregards to marking it whats my best choice as you can tell the brown torso isn't a great color for tracking.

Sincerely,
Divine.

Hey LMD,

Thanks for your quick response, I was sure of it as well and have no idea why it disappeared. :l

What I wanted to ask tho is how do I present the glow as an object in order to track it? I simply duplicate the scenes when doing it, so how can I track an entire scene?

I haven't used mocha before but Ill have a look into it.

Also about the dots to the torso whats the best way to present a dot/marker to the torso without leaving a perm mark? like a digital mark?

Sincerely,
Divine.

This was posted here before, but I am unsure why it disappeared. I left a reply, but I guess I'll have to repeat it. Try use Mocha, I believe that is may come with After Effects. However, if it does not, you could try motion tracking in After Effects or doing it by hand. I suggest adding dots to the torso to make tracking easier next time you need to do something like this.
